1Health - Phase III:  Authentic Experiences

Phase III focuses on engagement with community based partners to support and develop authentic interprofessional clinical experiences that demonstrate new models of care delivery and reflect principles of collaboration from recent health care reforms in Minnesota and nationally.

 
Key Attributes

Through broad engagement and research, the University of Minnesota, Academic Health Center has defined the top ten attributes of a health professional optimally trained for interprofessional practice.

Through foundational efforts in August of 2010, more than 100 stakeholders from education, health systems and government sectors convened to define the attributes of health professionals for the rapidly changing health care environment.
