Record of Action of the Incorporation of Northeast Minnesota Area Health Education Center

INASMUCH as Minnesota Statutes, Section 317A.171, provides that the incorporator of a nonprofit corporation may act, without the formality of a meeting, by subscribing his/her name to a record of action assented to and taken by him/her.

NOW THEREFORE, the undersigned, being the sole incorporator of the Northeast Minnesota Area Health Education Center, a Minnesota nonprofit corporation, does hereby adopt the following resolution in writing:

RESOLVED, that the following persons are hereby elected as directors of the corporation to serve for the term set forth opposite his or her name and until their respective successors have been elected and been qualified:

1 year: Glenn Anderson, Human Development Center, Member at Large
2 year: Tim Caroline, Moose Lake School District, Carlton
3 year: Richard Dinter, Range Regional Health Services-Mesaba, St. Louis
1 year: Kristy Frost-Griep, University of Minnesota
