This plan is part of the comprehensive emergency preparedness planning system at the University of Minnesota (UM) which is striving to build a disaster resistant institution.

Every supervisor is responsible for having staff and students read and familiarize themselves with these procedures. Every building occupant is responsible for knowing these procedures.
