Reporting Problems/Work Requests

AHC Research Building Management Services is the primary resource for any problem in 717 Delaware, Jackson, LRB/MTRF, MCB, MCRB, or NHH. If there is a problem with the building’s physical plant, any building system, or the area around the building, please contact RBMS.

AHCRBMS processes all FM work orders for any additions, changes, or deletions in the building. This includes removal, addition, changes in furniture, furnishings, casework, piping, electrical, water, plumbing, carpentry, etc. AHCRBMS also orders new furniture, case work, and shelving for the building. For all such work requests or estimates, please complete a "Request for Services" form.

The "Request for Services" form can be completed online. A completed form may be sent to ahcrbms@umn.edu or hand-carried to any Information Desk. Do not use this form for urgent requests.
