Edward Ratner, MD, is Assistant Professor in the Department of Medicine University of Minnesota. He received his MD from the University of Chicago, Pritzker School of Medicine, with honors. After his residency in Internal Medicine, he completed a fellowship in geriatrics at the University of Minnesota. His current work in bioethics is in communicative ethics and issues in end of life care. Dr. Ratner's most recent publication "Non-Institutional Long Term Care/Home Care" in Cutson. TM. (ed.)
