Schedule an Event

1. Before requesting an event

Submit requests for events no less than 2 business days before the event.

Requests for Distance Technology (DT) or recording support must be submitted more than two weeks in advance of the event and we will do our best to find coverage. Requests with less than two weeks notice may not be considered.

  • If you have questions about what services are offered, please see the Classroom Technology page.

Events will not be scheduled until all courses have been scheduled.  To view the scheduling order, please see the scheduling protocol approved by AHC Deans in 2003.

2. Find which classrooms will fit technology and capacity need via the Classrooms page

3. Submit an event request through the Departmental Schedule Viewer

If the event requires DT, note this in the notes field.

If the event requires DT, an email will be sent to you requesting further information.  If you do not provide this information, your DT event cannot be confirmed and will not occur.

If you do not have an x.500 login, use the Room Request Form.

4. Event Request Confirmation

Once an event has been requested, you will receive an email confirmation of the request. When the room has been scheduled, a second confirmation email that includes the room assignment will be sent to you.
