What is CUHCC?
We are a community clinic serving people for over 40 years.

Who do you serve?
We serve everyone. Our patients come from here and around the world.

What can I expect if I come to CUHCC?
You can expect great care by dedicated staff. We are committed to you and our community.

Can I walk in?
Yes, come in! We are accepting new patients. Walk-in service is available for medical, dental and mental health care between 8:00a.m.-5:00p.m. Monday through Friday!

Do you have pediatric doctors or OB care?
Yes, we have great pediatric and OB providers! We have dental and mental health services for children and pregnant mothers too!

I am having difficulties in my life, who could I talk to?
Come and talk to one of our therapists, they are happy to meet with you.

What if I don't have insurance?
No insurance? No problem. We can help you:
    »  Apply for public programs if you are eligible
    »  Set up a payment plan based on your income
    »  We have a sliding fee scale for those who qualify

Most insurances accepted, including MA and Minnesota Care
