Integration of health care services across primary care, mental health and dental services.

Capacity to provide culturally competent health care in seven languages: Cambodian; English; Hmong; Laotian; Somali; Spanish; and Vietnamese.
Staff facilitate access to public assistance and benefits. Staff help patients determine what they qualify for, access public assistance, and apply for benefits or connect to other community resources.
Program enhancements, such as our center-wide literacy promotion initiative. The Reach Out and Read Program provides children with high quality, developmentally appropriate books when they attend clinic appointments. Staff give 4,000-5,000 books annually to children at the clinic.
Training site for Academic Health Center students and residents. Partnerships between AHC departments and the clinic provide students with a community health orientation, and allow us to enhance our services to the community.
