Clinical Trial Registration

Welcome to our clinical trials registration section.  In this section, you will be asked to enter some information about your health.  If you are not able to answer all the questions at this time, feel free to return to this section of the website and complete the questionnaire at another time.  If you need help answering some of the questions or do not have the specific numbers readily available, feel free to print these questions out and take them with you to your next visit to a member of your diabetes care team.

The Diabetes Institute for Immunology and Transplantation (DIIT) will store this information in a secure database.  After you have completed the questionnaire, the DIIT will review the information you enter to determine whether or not you are qualified to participate in a current clinical trial on islet transplantation.  If you are not qualified to participate in a current clinical trial, you may want to consider finding out more about a pancreas transplant.  If you do not qualify for participation in a current clinical trial, we will review the information you have provided to determine whether or not you qualify to participate in a future clinical trial.

Thank you in advance for your interest in our islet transplant clinical trials.  Feel free to check back with us from time to time to learn more about exciting developments within the beta cell replacement therapy field.
