Full-time, non-represented staff and faculty, with the approval of their unit, can take advantage of the new RECESS Program to temporarily reduce their work percentage to as low as 50 percent while maintaining their health and dental care subsidy at 100 percent.

Our Team is divided into three areas of expertise:
HR Consultants provide advice on any and every HR related issue: organizational development, salary ranges, strategic staffing, personnel and performance issues, policy and contract interpretation, offer letters, grievances, layoffs and non-renewals, etc.
Staffing Consultants post jobs, screen applicants, assist with job descriptions, and determining job classifications, etc.
HRIS Staff activate new employees, initiate their payroll, and provide AHC new employee orientation, activate salary adjustments, establish new appointments, assign Position Management Numbers, etc.
