As a member driven and volunteer-led organization, the Minnesota Chapter of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) leads the membership in advocating for and securing the future of the profession of Physical Therapy. MN APTA consists of over 1500 members from the State of Minnesota. Chapter headquarters are in Roseville.

The Board of Physical Therapy is an agency of the State of Minnesota. The Governor appoints the nine member board which is comprised of four physical therapists, one physical therapist assistant, one medical doctor, and three public members
