CAPS is an important clinical research training
program that is evaluated at both the national and the local
levels.
The local evaluation involves data collection at the
beginning of the program and at the end of each year.
Signing the Scholar and Mentor Consent Form will allow data
collected in the local evaluation process to be used for
research purposes. |
