CHIP offers health professions students an exciting opportunity to meet and collaborate with students from other colleges.
Founded in 1970 by students seeking meaningful interaction with their fellow students in other colleges, CHIP now serves students in the six health professional schools and colleges and allied health programs in the Academic Health Center (AHC).
If you are an Academic Health Center student, you're already a part of CHIP. Drop by the lounge, get involved in a committee, attend an event-- you can participate at whatever level you'd like.
The Center for Interprofessional Education also promotes interprofessional educational opportunities that advance teamwork and result in improved health care.
CHIP is a part of the University of Minnesota Academic Health Center Office of Education, which promotes excellence in learning through the support of AHC educational programs.
