in published in the form of newsletters that are available on-line. A variety
of other information is also available, including vendor pages with excellent
information on genetics and diseases.
RAR-Talk Listserv
Research Animal Resources has a
private Listserv, commonly known as "rar-talk". This listserv is a tool
for communication amongst research and veterinary care staff regarding
issues relating to the use of animals in research and teaching activities
and may include messages about surplus animals available, changes in routine
diets, changes in regulations, requests for help with a technique, etc.
Subscribers may also post inquiries and messages to the group. If you
would like to subscribe please contact Dr. Cyd Gillett, gille002@umn.edu,
to be added to the list. On average, you will receive 1 message a week.
