Amount/Duration: $100,000 per year x 3 years plus up to $50,000/ year for research allowance and up to $100,000 for medical school debt repayment.

Description: Supports promising young physician-scientists willing to devote their careers to the development and application of new diagnostic approaches and therapeutic strategies for cancer and cancer prevention through clinical investigation.
Eligibility: M.D. or M.D./Ph.D; Assistant Professors within the first four years of their appointment or fellows in final year of sub-specialty training with guaranteed faculty appointment.

Nominations Process: Two nominations are permitted per institution Potential applicants should submit a preliminary proposal of 1-2 pages in length plus a curriculum vitae. If there are multiple applicants/nominations, a sub committee of the Cancer Center's Executive Committee will screen applications/nominations and select the 2 finalists.
