Preparation of the Research Proposal and Budget

Study budgets need to be prepared using current Fairview prices.

These can be obtained from Fairview Research Adminstration using E-Form at http://www.fairview.org/Research/For_Researchers/c_099905.asp. Pricing information will be supplied as a Research Price Quote for Fairview Services.

A copy of this form (Research Price Quote for Fairview Services) should be attached to the Proposal Routing Form (PRF) to Sponsored Projects Administration (SPA) when the research proposal is submitted for final university approval and processing.
