Laboratory Services

Study budgets need to be prepared using current Fairview prices. Laboratory Research Pool Prices (the term used by Fairview laboratories for research-related tests) can be obtained directly from the laboratory using a Research Project Application for Laboratory Services form. You will need to provide specific information about the tests and services requested to obtain correct quotes. After the form is completed by the laboratory, use these prices to construct the research project budget AND save the completed form for the review process.
