Stony  Brook  University  Hospital  is  now  
accepting applications for its Administrative  
Fellowship  Program  which  begins July, 2006.  
Stony Brook University  Hospital,  situated  
sixty miles from Manhattan on Long Island, New  
York,  is  a  leading  academic medical center 
providing patient care, research,  teaching, and 
community service. The hospital operates 504-
beds, and  serves as a regional tertiary center 
for level-1 trauma, cardiac care, children's  
and  women's services, kidney transplantation, 
cancer care, and many surgical and medical 
subspecialty services.

The   one-year   administrative  fellowship  
enables  graduates  of  health administration  
and  related  Master's  level programs to become 
acquainted with  and  involved  in  the 
operations of an academic medical center.  The 
fellowship is under the direction of the Chief 
Operating Officer.

Fellowship  applications  are due no later than
