The School of Public Health is looking for a 25% 
time Graduate Assistant to oversee and maintain the 
School of Public Health SPHere (the SPHere is the 
student lounge, dining area and computer facility), 
assist with projects, coach students in the use of 
various software, and perform additional duties as 
assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Excellent organizational and customer services 
skills. Proficient in MSWord and Excel including 
pivot tables. Preference will be given to full-time 
students in the School of Public Health.

NOTE: This position is contingent upon enrollment 
and current registration as a graduate student. 
Failure to register by the second week of class 
during the academic year will result in termination 
from the graduate assistantship.  

TERMS OF APPOINTMENT:
Start date: January 8 through May 24, 2009
Re-appointment is possible through Spring Semester 
2010 

WORK SCHEDULE:
25% time (10 hours per week)

COMPENSATION:
$16.75 per hour
