Experience the convenience of door-to-door service! Valet parking is now available from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Phillips-Wangensteen Clinics. Leave your car at the Delaware Street entrance (516 Delaware St SE) and let our staff park it for you. They bring your car back to the Delaware Street entrance when you are ready after your visit. Parking Rate is the discounted rate when you receive the clinic stamp. No reservations needed.

Patient and patient visitor parking is available in the Patient/Visitor Parking Ramp on Delaware Street between Harvard and Delaware Streets.  For more information about directions, call 612-672-7272 or 1-800-824-1953.  For more information about parking, call 612-273-PARK (7275).

Directions    

From North:  Take Interstate 35W South.  Turn right onto Highway 280.  Take the University Avenue exit and turn right at the second stoplight.  Stay on University Avenue until it merges with Washington Avenue.  Turn left on Washington Avenue.  Proceed three blocks and turn left onto Oak Street.  Turn right onto Delaware Street.  The Patient/Visitor Parking Ramp will be on your right 1 ½ blocks down Delaware Street between Harvard and Walnut Streets.  To drop off at the Women’s Health Center, continue down Delaware past the parking ramp.  The Phillips-Wangensteen Building will be on your left.  The Women’s Health Center is on the first floor of the Phillips-Wangensteen Building, in Clinic 1C.          

From South: Take Interstate 35W North to the Third Street/U of M exit.  Then take the East Bank exit, which becomes Washington Avenue.  Follow Washington Avenue to Harvard Street.  Turn right onto Harvard Street.  Turn left onto Delaware Street.  The Patient/Visitor Parking Ramp will be on your left.  To drop off at the Women’s Health Center, turn right onto Delaware Street.  The Phillips-Wangensteen Building will be on your left.  The Women’s Health Center is on the first floor of the Phillips-Wangensteen Building, in Clinic 1C.

From East: Take Interstate 94 West to the Huron Boulevard exit.  Turn left onto Fulton Street.  Proceed three blocks and turn right onto Oak Street.  Turn left onto Delaware Street.  The Patient/Visitor Parking Ramp will be on your right 1 ½ blocks down between Harvard and Walnut Streets.  To drop off at the Women’s Health Center, continue down Delaware Street past the parking ramp.  The Phillips-Wangensteen Building will be on your left.  The Women’s Health Center is on the first floor of the Phillips-Wangensteen Building, in Clinic 1C.
